Hi Dave Which in your opinion is the hottest cuisine in the world? Im from India and we think Indian food is the hottest, but Im not sure. What is your expert opinion? Lemme know! This is difficult to answer because many countries have certain dishes that are very hot. India is certainly one of the hottest cuisines, but I've had equally spicy dishes in Thailand, Trinidad, and here in New Mexico.
