Machine for Peeling and Seed Removal? |

Hello Mary:
As you might expect, I'm very knowledgeable about the chile industry in New Mexico. I've never heard of such a machine. To the best of my knowledge it doesn't exist, despite what you may have heard. There are mechanical seedling planters, mechanical thinners, mechanical harvesters for some varieties, and mechanical sorters for harvested chiles. But a mechanical peeler and seed remover, I don't think so.

Hello Dave:
Does anyone know the name of the machine that can seed and peel chile after it's been roasted? I keep hearing about it but cannot locate one since I don't know the name of it. I've googled every possible name and no luck.
Thanks, Mary
