Hi Dave: We have a lot, less than a quart, of green cayenne peppers here at the end of the season. The few that we have let turn red or dry on the bush rotted. We are in San Antonio so I do not think we are to wet. Can we cut them up and freeze? Sam Hello Sam: Yes, freezing is the perfect way to store those chiles. Dave
