			<description>Thanks for all the details;  we have waited for years to be able to buy curry spices down in the south of NZ.  My daughter ha just phoned form Wellington to say that she was able to buy somoosas and koeksusters from a church market this morning!  A Durban family stall - she hasn't tasted anything like them since being in SA.
And i also fry the spices (after the seeds) with the onions, before the meat, to get the best flavour. - Jo</description>

			<description>Just noticed that you fry your curry powder before your meat, traditionally you should braise the meat first and then add your masala mixture. only the seeds must be fried in the oil to pull out the flavour. - Mark Tomlinson</description>
