A deposit of $50 per person now due. Full deposit for suites of $200 per person
Second deposit of $150 per person by September 1^st 2007
Final payment by November 19, 2007 no refunds after this date without trip insurance, which will require a doctors note for medical reason of cancellation.
Or you can pay in full at the time of booking, fully refundable if canceled by Nov 1.

Trip insurance quoted rates are for cruise only. The rates will increase if you add air to your cruise. The following is not a complete description of the Vacation Protection Plan – a full description detailing the terms, conditions and exclusions can be requested through Berkley Care at 1 800 331-2796 (inquires only, reservation details are not available via this phone number. )

Trip Cancellation: If you have to cancel your trip due to certain, specified reasons (such as injury, illness or death affecting you, your immediate family or your traveling companion), Carnival will refund your otherwise non-refundable Carnival cruise and air cancellation. A doctor's note will need to be with the claim form.
Pre-existing Conditions: Carnival will provide you with a future cruise credit in the amount of your cancellation penalty.
Trip Interruption: If you have to leave your trip unexpectedly, (again, for specified reasons such as illness as described above) Carnival will refund to you the unused portion of your trip, plus reimburse you for the cost of returning home.
Medical: Should you become injured or sick during your vacation; the plan will reimburse you up to $10,000 for necessary medical expense.
Baggage Protection: If your baggage or personal property is lost or damaged coverage up to $1,500. Delayed baggage arrival $500 for the purchase of necessary personal effects.

Sign & Sail Card: For your convince, charges for most of your onboard purchases will be posted to your Sign & Sail account. A required application form will be with your cruise documents. Carnival accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover Network and cash for a deposit on your account upon check in at the pier. (A minimum deposit will be required for cash accounts of $100.00.)

· Optional Pre Paid On Board Gratuities $40.00 pp This is a recommended guideline that will be applied to your sign & sail card, you may add additional funds at the front desk.

What is not included in the cruise cost? On board gratuities, air, transfers, alcohol & soft drinks, photos, shopping and shore excursions, and the casino! Hair and massage salons are available but not included in cruise cost.

· Included: All meals including room service, pizza and deli bar. Formal dining room and buffet meals. Grilled hot dogs and hamburger at the pool deck and the midnight buffets even the Sushi bar! Drinks included coffee, tea, juices and milk. The ice cream bar (24 hours) included. The whirl pool, gym, special classes and the evening Broadway style show in the main theater. All day time activities are also included, see your daily itinerary (Carnival Capers) that will be delivered to your cabin each evening for the next day's activities.
