Since 1987, we have published magazines about chile peppers, fiery-foods, and barbecue, starting with Chile Pepper magazine in 1987 and moving on to Fiery-Foods & BBQ magazine in 1997. Our staff of professionals has written more than 30 cookbooks and created the resource books of the Industry such as The Whole Chile Pepper Book, The Pepper Garden, The Hot Sauce Bible, Peppers of the World, The Chile Pepper Encyclopedia, and The Spicy Food Lover's Bible. It is our goal to present the most interesting information, articles, photographs, and recipes about these fascinating subjects. Free Show Admission! Every person currently subscribed to our magazine will receive a free guest pass to the National Fiery-Foods & Barbecue Show, good during all hours of the show. To register, simply go to the left navigation bar on the main home page, select "Attendee" under "Show Reservations, and click on it. In the space for "Name on Card," on the reservation form, simply enter "Subscriber." We will verify your subscriber status and place you on the attendee list. The badge can be picked up at the registration desk at the show. If you wish to register a spouse or friend traveling with you, simply repeat the process and enter the credit card information.
