Exhibiting in the Show
Present
your products and services to thousands of people from the U.S.A., and
around the world. Local industry and the general public will be in
attendance as well as national and regional buyers. Retail sales are
permitted. Exhibiting in the show will be manufacturers, distributors, and
retailers of fiery food, barbecue, and non-food products, as well as
equipment suppliers, publishers, restaurants, and food organizations from
around the globe.
The Booth
The 10-foot by 10-foot booth rate includes: drapes, a 6-foot draped table
with two chairs, and a small sign that identifies the booth. Exhibitors
are encouraged to bring their own, larger sign and trash cans and bags.
All exhibitor decorations must be fireproof.
Electricity is NOT included and must be contracted separately with Sunbelt Shows.
The necessary forms will be available online in late 2007.

Set-Up and Move-Out
Please note our set-up times. To increase trade hours on Friday, we are
limiting set-up to Thursday only.
Set-Up Time: Thursday, Feb. 29, 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
Move-Out Times: Sunday, March 2, 6-12 p.m.

Shipping of Product
The show rates do not include drayage, the shipping and storage of merchandise sent early, which must be contracted separately through the show decorator, Disco Display, (505) 268-6606 or (505) 265-1515. Disco Display can also assist with the rental of additional materials for your booth, such as carpeting and decorations. Do NOT ship freight to Sandia Resort and Casino or any other hotel; they are not staffed to handle incoming freight.

Exhibitors Should Be
Self-Contained
Minimal facilities for cleaning up and cold storage are available at the hall. Exhibitors who intend to serve food samples must provide their own cooking apparatus (no open flames allowed), adequate clean-up material, a self-contained hand washing station, and their own trash receptacle.

Exhibitor Supplies at the Show
Minimal supplies for the show will be available in Conference Rooms 701-704.

No Posting
THERE WILL BE NO POSTING OF SIGNS OR FLYERS ANYWHERE IN SANDIA RESORT AND CASINO, INCLUDING LOBBIES. We are charged damage fees because adhesive tape damages the wallpaper. If we find your sign posted, you will be assessed a proportional amount of the damage fee.

Booths
There can be no unauthorized sharing of booths--you must ask us first.
There is a surcharge of $300 per additional exhibitor in any booth to a
maximum of two. Therefore, a row booth shared by two companies will
cost $1095; corner booth $1195

The
20th Annual National Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show in 2008 is sold out of
exhibitor space with a long waiting list. If you wish to exhibit in the
2009 show, please contact us before the end of March, 2008.
No discounted booths left in
the Meeting Area.
