Attending the Show (Professionals)

Attendees are presented with exhibitors showing and tasting nearly every conceivable fiery food and nonfood product. Not only will buyers and other attendees find a large number of new products at the show, they will meet the movers of the industry and receive an instant education on the Fiery Foods Industry.

Who's Attending?

Attending the show will be food brokers and distributors; owners of spicy food shops, gourmet shops, gift shops, and mail order companies; buyers from supermarkets, groceries, and restaurants; pepper growers; national and regional television and other media including food writers; and the general public.

Admission

Attendees pay a $15 administrative fee for a 3-day badge. Registration at the door is $20. Registered attendees will receive notification by mail; badges will be held at the registration desk at the show. Attendees can also register on-line.
