    Step 1: Complete the form below for all product submissions. Select the number of products you wish to enter in each subcategory remembering that products are often eligible for more than one (1) category. You will enter your product names on the next page. Remember, you can enter in 4 subcategories and only pay for 3, or enter 7 and only pay for 5.
    Step 2: Review your selections before continuing, then click Continue to page 2.
    Step 3: Enter your company and personal information.
    Step 4: Enter your product names.
    Step 5: Thoroughly review and agree to Rules and Regulations.
    Step 6: Pay via PayPal® or credit card and print your confirmation page.
    Step 7: Mail your complete entry, which includes: FOUR (4) product samples (TWO (2) for Division 3) for each item and a copy of your entry confirmation. Mail to: Scovie Awards Competition, c/o Emily DeWitt-Cisneros, 1329 San Clemente NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107.

Once you have completed all steps, you MUST include a copy of your order summary with your entry.
