1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoons cracked black pepper 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, finely ground 1/4 teaspoon cayenne 1 whole chicken, cut in half Finely ground kosher salt and ground black pepper 1/2 cup vegetable oil Methods/stepsTo prepare the sauce: Combine all the first six ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
