With salsa overtaking ketchup in sales volume in 1992, it made sense that the ketchup makers would fight back. There are several dozen brands of hot and spicy ketchup on the market these days, and more to come. This recipe will keep indefinitely. The restaurant was called Elvies Burger Isle, and the diners sat outside under a tamarind tree on picnic benches. The term "16-18 count fresh shrimp" refers to the size of fresh shrimp. In this case the shrimp would be medium sized, or it would take 16-18 of them with the shells and heads on to make a pound. All of the ingredients in this recipe can be found in major supermarkets. Serve this curry over cooked basmati rice.
