Chipotle Pig Powder Rub

rub for one rack of spare ribs

3 (or more) dried Chipotle peppers
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon smoked hot paprika
1 Bay leaf
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder

Methods/steps

Combine all of the ingredients in a spice grinder and pulse to incorporate. Rub them on the ribs.
